Brown water on arrival which was fixed promptly, the blocked bathroom sink, which was fixed also, promptly. The washing machine was a little tricky but we worked it out, Better directions on the use of the washing machine would be good in the apartment guide would be good for future occupants.

Would be better for the taxi to drop off at the back entrance to save dragging bags across the square and down the stairs. The wifi connection was very slow.

There were three things that we find in other apartments. These are suggestions 1) The internet signal was so weak/slow- it was almost unusable (unfortunately we had some work to do in the evenings). There was not enough toilet paper for our several day stay. Also having a small amount of soap (laundry, dish) would have been nice as a starter. As you charge per person-should give a price break for children in a family. Many other apartments give 50% off for children less than 12 years.
